You'll be emotionally drained after any argument. Ever seen how much dogs like having their stomachs stroked? The same can work for you. Here's how :

Lie on your back and bend your legs. Place your hands on  your stomach. Feel the heat your hands are generating and rub your belly on circular motions. Your warm hands will relax the tight muscles in your abdomen and relieve the tension. When you've made up with your boyfriend, you could ask him to rub your stomach for you...
