Big girls don't cry stress

You're having a terrible day at work. You're about to lose a big contract, your PC crashes and then your boss calls you in for a "talk".

If you're close to breaking down, try this exercise. Tense the muscles in your forehead by frowning hard and screwing your eyes shut. Hold for five seconds before smoothing out your face, repeating the words "calmly does it" as you exhale.
