Khamis - Hari sukan tahunan

Wow! Penat dowh... Tahun ni lagi penat dari tahun lepas.. Anyway it all worth it.. WE have fun!!! Kawad cam org tak btol...nasib baik dpt tmpt kedua..fuuh.. Time kita mng sumer sorak cam crazy maniac lah... Bler PBSM jer, sunyi sepi (except for the red cresent *PBSM*). Wow!2 years in a row, kita training dlm masa 2-3 hari jer... ini menunjukan kita hebat..haha. Rumah hijau tempat ketiga kot..tak kesah (aku rumah hijau lah!!). Aku tak puas hati dgn rumah merah, kenapa diorang yg menang first?? Rasuah?? Haha, biru yg patut menang! Diorang menang kejohanan olahragawan keseluruhan dan mcm2 lagi..patut diorang yg menang.. Agak nya kan rumah merah ni mkn steroid tak?? Kuat semacam jer diorang..(yg steroid tu terpengaruh dr otak sese'org' tu..) 

Lumba lari jemputan, SMKS4 menang sumer skali!! WAHOO!!! So bangga..haha.. DO SMKS4!! You can do it! I think that is all..* am I sure??*  Well then..nak tido and have a happy dream..*hopefully* ;P

Esok sukan!!! Finally, pas tu leh concentrate dgn studies... Anyway, esok kena bertugas QM and also masuk kawad kaki KRS..Penat tp best lah. Nak ckp yang aku ada menang 2 acara (so far) utk tahun ini.. jeng jeng, Lontar peluru tmpt ke-3 & lempar cakera first!!! Like hell aku menjerit!!! Haha first time main then menag for 10 meters! Kalah kan syifaa 2 times already (note: syifaa has much more bigger body than me!) Macam biasa, mesti lah ada 'org' ni asyik cakap aku makan steroid...Masyaallah!! Berapa kali aku nak cakap, aku tak ambik/makan dan aku TAK tau apa tu steroid pon!! Just using my super small muscle and a little bit of technic. 

P.S: Haha aku tau lah korang jelez aku dpt dua medal, hohoho, sbb tu lah korang tak habis2 ejek aku... jangan marah ek ;P

Librans

Sukan saringan...

Rabu - Yaw yaw, aku masuk lontar peluru!!! Then menang tmpt ketiga! Well tgk lah minah first & second, muscle!!!! Wah!!! Saper yg kenal aku mmg takkan caya! One reason, badan gua kecik lah dey! Diorang sumer tuduh aku makan steroid...Let me tell you guys something! I don't use steroid and what the heck is that???!! Some one said I use a different gene[ don't know how 2 spell ;P] Aku perempuan asli lah!!! Tak ada gene luar biasa!!!

Khamis - OMG!!! Cikgu sdp hati jer nak msk kan nama aku dlm lompat jauh!!! Well ada latihan softball then terpaksa pergi for lompat jauh!! Kaki aku dah lah sakit. Then tak memasal aku kena paksa masuk 4x4oo!!! OMG2x!! Aku dah lah tak leh lari! Kalau sukan cam renjam lembing / lempar cakera ok lah skit. I got muscles at my arms not feet!!! Ok lompat jauh kalah, haha! Mana lah aku nak menang dgn Nina juara tiga thn berturut2. Btw aku mana reti lompat jauh, first time masuk pertandingan! Utk 4x400 aku mmg tension & frust, even before lari!!! Kaki aku dah mula berdenyut. Sikit jer lah! Aku jadi pelari ketiga. For 2oom, aku still ok seimbang...Till nak masuk 4oom, di pertengahan jln tetiba kaki aku bunyi plak plak. Aku start panic, and you guys might know, kalau panic blood preassure rendah. Aku tak cukup oxy. Sesak nafas dan kaki sakit. At least aku try, tak sempat sampai penamat. Lbh kurang mcm lagi dua langkah. Sampai jer aku pitam. Sekejap jer lah, aku ingat cikgu alih aku ketepi sbb aku nak kena langgar dgn pelari lain. Aku nangis mcm nak mati. Sesak nafas cam kena lelah & of course kaki aku sakit. PBSM spray and then rumah aku kalah. Haha wat malu jer.

P.S: at least aku dpt jugak pingat. Org aspek aku mng lari. Sampai sekarang aku nyer kaki sengal jer. Anyway tak sabar nak ambik medal!! Biar semua orang terkejut, minah bdn kecik mng dgn minah bdn besar!! HAha! Aku nak marah bdk yg x dtg utk 4x400. Unfortunately dia x dtg skolah... grrrr..
